Nathalia Casadei, Clinical Therapist, M.Psy
Nathalia Casadei is a clinical therapist providing supervised psychological services to adults. She works therapeutically with individuals navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, interpersonal and relational challenges, and significant life transitions. Nathalia holds a Master of Psychology (MPsy) from Adler Graduate Professional School and is working toward registration as a Psychological Associate.
Nathalia has received advanced training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which informs her work in helping clients understand and process emotional experiences that may feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate. Nathalia incorporates in-the-moment, process-oriented interventions alongside skill-building approaches.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, client-centered, holistic and trauma informed. Nathalia draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can explore their inner experiences, deepen self-understanding, and work toward meaningful change.
